> Prints purchased on this site are intended for home or business display/decorative purposes. If you need prints to promote your business, for commercial purposes like inclusion in advertising/promotions, trade show display or presentations, we ask that you purchase one of our Digital Download products and have your print/s made from them. Digital Download Products include use fees plus you will have your choice of print surfaces/finishes and/or mounting materials.

>ROYALTY FREE is an industry term which on this website refers to fixed price products based on the image size. Limitations of use (relating to web, print and multi-media) are stated below. Royalty Free images are not exclusive rights and less expensive so anyone else may end up purchasing and using the same images you do.
>RIGHTS MANAGED is an industry term which on this website refers to variable priced images depending on your use and image size. Limitations of use (relating to web, print and multi-media) are stated below. The Advantage of a Rights-Managed Stock Photo is with so many stock photos easily found online that are free or very cheap, why would anyone choose to use a rights managed stock photo? Let's say you just created a great web page for your company using a stock photo you bought online for a $1. On your way home from work you drive by a billboard and see the same image! The compelling nature of a photo is lost if it is used in too many places and for varying uses. If you choose to pay more money for a rights managed photo it will be much more likely that you won't see that particular photo elsewhere, especially used in the same way that you want to use it. So, free or low cost Royalty Free stock photos may or may not suit your purpose. Our Rights Managed images are typically non-exclusive rights unless you contact us and we agree to arrangements for that type use. Anyone else may end up purchasing and using the same images - but much less likely than Royalty Free Images.

BY DOWNLOADING OUR DIGITAL FILES, WHETHER FOR WEB, MULTI-MEDIA OR PRINT USE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Digital Download Web usage
> The image
files CANNOT be resold nor can the web product you create using the image/s without prior permission and additional fees.
> These files can be used on
one domain only (ie; www.yourdomainname.com) but be used on as many web
pages within that domain as you desire.

They can be altered if necessary, but can not be included in any
web application that is resold without prior permission and additional fees.
Digital Download Print usage
> The image
files CANNOT be resold nor can the print product you create using the image/s without prior permission and additional fees.

These files are a higher quality
for use in printed publications. They have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved
as high quality JPG files. Should you require higher resolution or different
file types, please contact us directly by phone or email with your specifications.
> Using our images in print applications such as catalog, brochure, magazine, post card, newsletter, trade show display, billboard, decor, display, annual report, flyers, signeage, and the like is permissible for promoting purchasing client's advertising, editorial and promotional purposes that do not include sale or re-sale of said print applications.
> Prices on downloaded files are for that resolution image. Higher resolution
files are possibly available offered on a different pricing structure based on size and type of usage. ie;
a small brochure ad for a nonprofit organization will carry a lower price than
a usage involving, for example, a nationally published magazine.

> Using our images in multi-media applications such as video, DVD, powerpoint presentation, software, commercial, film, editorial, news, infomercial, streaming media content and the like is permissible for promoting purchasing client's advertising, editorial and promotional purposes that do not include sale or re-sale of said multi-media applications.
